I also had some frames written down for me and assumed that when I came back in someone would help me find the frames and get them off the walls, boy was I wrong I had to go through the frames on my own looking for the numbers.I usually go to the one in Woodinville, and I haven't had too many issues with them, but this time they didn't have an appointment for me when I wanted so I made one for this Bella Vision. My glasses came quicker than I thought too! Everyone there is quite nice and helpful. I went to the office for the appointment 5 minutes early to be on time, and all I found was that they did not record the appointment in the system and I had to waste my time from work to get the eye exam. Costco is by far better, and has a pretty good selection, designer wise. Most importantly, the service that I received as a new patient was what impressed me the most. I hope anyone who reads this makes the smart choice even though this is 1 complaint it takes 100's of people for 1 to do something. Our services include eye exams, eyeglasses and frames, contact lens fitting, general optometry and other vision care products & services. She takes the time to listen as I have a sever eye phobia.

After I received my bill, I was stunned to see how many extra charges were on there past what was covered under my vision plan - a battle with them and my insurer was unsuccessful, and they won out, with me out of pocket a significant chunk of change. Although they have more then one location in the area, the chain does not provide a guest first environment. But the staff was great! In the meantime, we hope you are all staying safe and healthy! So that excuses didn't work. Seems she was being trained by the other gal too. I didn't even get to see the doctor.I wish I can give 0 star for this location. The last straw was my daughter going in to get new contacts, had her exam, then they gave her the samples, she did not like the samples and wanted to order her original brand. Normally when I have to get an eye exam I shake and have passed out before. This has now happen 2 times, one for each year. I will definitely be coming back!
